About Newgrange
IT Consulting
We started by fixing transformations. We stayed to understand why they fail.
Execution discipline
25+ years leading mission-critical transformations from strategy through delivery — across financial services, healthcare, and higher education. Not advisors on the sidelines. The people who run the work.
Systems and change design
We redesign the organizational systems — decision structures, communication, governance, workload — that quietly trigger resistance or enable performance. This is where transformation succeeds or stalls.
The science of performance
A methodology grounded in the neuroscience of how people actually perform under pressure — so change works with human biology instead of against it. The discipline most firms leave out.
Transformation lives where these three meet. Holding them together — as one discipline — is Strategic Change Execution™.
Senior practitioners. One methodology.
You don't get juniors learning on your transformation. Every Newgrange engagement is led by senior consultants who have run mission-critical change inside complex organizations — in financial services, healthcare, and higher education — and lived the pressure your teams are under.
What makes the work repeatable isn't the individuals. It's the method they share. Every consultant operates from the same proven system — Strategic Change Execution™ — so you get senior judgment and a disciplined, consistent approach, not a set of freelancers with their own playbooks.
We're not a staffing firm. We bring the right expertise for your context — and the methodology that makes it deliver.
About our founder
Annmarie Curley is a transformation leader with more than 25 years of executive experience spanning enterprise technology, organizational change, and large-scale program delivery. She has led mission-critical programs at firms including Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan, and across healthcare, higher education, and the public sector — stepping into complex, high-visibility initiatives and driving them to successful outcomes.
Across those years, a pattern kept surfacing. The technology could be engineered to exacting standards, but every program eventually hit the same ceiling: human behavior under pressure. Organizations were blaming their people for failures that were, in fact, designed into their systems. No single discipline could explain what she was seeing — project management addressed the plan, change management addressed the people, but neither reached the biology underneath.
So Annmarie built the approach that did. She founded Newgrange IT Consulting to integrate three disciplines most firms keep separate — project leadership, organizational change, and the neuroscience of human performance — into a single methodology: Strategic Change Execution™. Today she partners with C-suite leaders on enterprise level initiatives, redesigning how organizations execute change so resistance gives way to adoption, and teams perform under pressure instead of protecting against it.
Annmarie holds a B.S. in Applied Computing from the University of Ulster and is a PMP, SAFe Scrum Master, and certified consultant in NeuroChangeSolutions and The HeartMath® Institute.
“[Newgrange] helped us greatly on the initial development of our concept of a shared platform, and now on how to operate that system in a manner that decreases complexity and maximizes the shared strength of our efforts through efficiency in staff operations and governance. [...] Working with Newgrange has been a very positive, though at times self-challenging, experience that has created significant success for our team.”

About Newgrange
We take our name from the 5,000-year-old Neolithic site in Ireland. Newgrange is a feat of precision engineering built over multiple generations. To complete such an ambitious project required tremendous vision and commitment, but the results speak for themselves. Pre-dating both Stonehenge and the Egyptian pyramids, Newgrange has stood the test of time.
We take our inspiration from the Newgrange monuments. We begin our projects with vision, implement with precision, and create outcomes that last.
